<p>BJP leader Rakesh Singh has been arrested in Pamela Cocaine Case.&nbsp;</p> <p>BJP youth-wing leader Pamela Goswami along with her associate was arrested with 100-gram cocaine worth Rs 10 lakh from south Kolkata's posh New Alipore area.
