Breaking News LIVE: CBI Reaches Abhishek Banerjee's House To Begin Interrogation Of His Wife In Alleged Coal Scam Case

<p><strong>Welcome to the ABP News LIVE, Monday, 21st February 2021: </strong>Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the poll-bound states Assam and West Bengal today to lay the foundation stone of several development projects in the oil and gas sector, education sector, and transport sector. According to a statement released by PMO, the Prime Minister will inaugurate important projects of the oil &amp; gas sector at Silapathar in Dhemaji, Assam at around 11:30 AM.</p> <p>Subsequently, at around 4:30 PM, PM Modi will dedicate to the nation and inaugurate several railway projects in West Bengal's Hooghly.</p> <p>The Central Bureau of Investigation has issued summon to Abhishek Banerjee's sister-in-law Maneka Gambhir in the alleged coal scam case. On Sunday, CBI summoned the TMC MP's wife Rujira Narula and asked her to join the investigation in the same case today. A CBI team is likely to visit Maneka's house today.</p> <p>With four states reporting a fresh surge in coronavirus cases and the mutant virus spreading across countries, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued new rules for international arrivals in India. The new guidelines will come into effect from 11:59 pm from Monday onwards and will be in force till further orders.</p> <p>All international travellers arriving in the country has to mandatorily submit a self-declaration form (SDF) for Covid on the online Air Suvidha portal before their scheduled flight.</p> <p>Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has warned the citizens to strictly adhere to the Covid-19 preventive measures in order to avoid the imposition of complete lockdown in the state.</p> <p>"Those who want lockdown can roam around without mask while those who don't want it must wear mask and follow all the rules," CM Thackeray said.</p> <p>Expressing concern over the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases, Chief Minister went on to say that the pandemic is raising its head in the state, but whether it is another wave will be known in eight to 15 days.&nbsp;</p> <p>Popular TV actress Rubina Dilaik beat her arch-rival Rahul Vaidya to emerge as the winner of &lsquo;Bigg Boss 14&rsquo;.
