Ghaziabad police arrest 2 hooligans after exchange of fire

Two hooligans, Mehtab and Tushar, attacked a Ghaziabad businessman and looted him. The businessman was shot at, robbed of his money, rings etc and then thrown near a sewer in an injured state. <br />The Ghaziabad police followed the hooligans on the basis of a tip-off and managed to track them
