Russian President, Vladimir Putin has offered mediation in the clash between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The President has called the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold peace talks. <br /><br />The dispute started in Nagorno-Karabakh and it continues despite the pleas for a ceasefire from all over the world.
