Bollywood actor, Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. The actor was admitted in Mumbai\'s Leelavati hospital on 8 August after breathing problems. The test report diagnosed lung cancer. <br /><br />On Tuesday, the actor took to twitter asking his fans not to speculate about his health.
